Shipping Policy
Order processing times
After an order is placed please allow for 3-5 business days for it to be processed, generally less at the moment due to Covid-19
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping to all states in Australia for a fee of $10 for standard shipping and $13 for express shipping
International Shipping
We currently only offer international shipping to:
- China $20 AUD (15-20 Business days)
- United States $22 AUD (9-12 Business days)
- Canada $22 AUD (10-15 Business days)
- United Kingdom $25 AUD (10-18 Business days)
- New Zealand $19 AUD (Unsure of shipping times due to Covid)
Same City Delivery
For ACT Based purchases free local delivery is an option we can provide! Strict Covid-19 measures are taken when processing these orders.
If you're not based in any of the countries listed and you are keen on purchasing please send me an email etherealcreatures.art@gmail.com, we will be able to work out postage costs and still get you the items you're after :)
Shipping is likely to be delayed due to the current pandemic causing global postage issues.
Changes and cancellations
if there are any changes you wish to make to your order after placing, or if you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped please contact etherealcreature.art@gmail.com and we will fix any issues :3
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase for any clothing product or necklace for customers seeking a refund. A refund will be given as soon as the product in question is resent to its return address and tracking information is provided. We do not cover shipping on products being returned.
Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
If anything arrives faulty is lost in post please contact me through
etherealcreature.art@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will do what we can to create a solution specific to the situation :)
