Order processing times
After an order is placed please allow for 3-5 business days for it to be processed
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping to all states in Australia for a fee of $15 for standard shipping and $20 for express shipping
International Shipping
We are currently working on offering international delivery and hope to offer it soon for a range of countries across the world.
If you live outside of Australia and are looking to purchase from the site please contact etherealcreatures.art@gmail.com and we will take the time to see if shipping to where you live is possible for us so you can get the items you love :)
Same City Delivery
For ACT Based purchases free local delivery is an option we can provide!
Changes and cancellations
if there are any changes you wish to make to your order after placing, or if you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped please contact etherealcreature.art@gmail.com to work out any issues
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase for any clothing product or accessories in unworn condition for customers seeking a refund. A refund will be issued as soon as the product in question is resent to its return address, and has it's condition assessed as unworn. We do not cover shipping on products being returned.
Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
If anything arrives faulty is lost in post please contact me through
etherealcreature.art@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will work to create a solution for you :)
